Yes *Alysicarpus belgaumensis* indeed.
I think there are those typical tiny white spots on the Vexilum which are
constant in all the pictures of *Alysicarpus belgaumensis* (Of course
flower colour and other characters matter)and the pattern of the pedicel
angle too
