I agree with I*pomoea pes caprae* due to typical leaf shape and pattern.
Earlier called as I.biloba due to the bilobed nature of the leaves.

I would have appreciated it if you had written the place as- on sea shore.
This climber is exclusively found on the sea shore.
If that was not the case please let us know.
