to the villagers
to folks who will develop the ideas, infrastructure for the tourism
to the things  plants, rocks hills, water bodies,  and animals/birds that
will be protected
and to the tribals and villagers' intellectual property rights that need
protection.

Sounds like the govt of Maharashtra is at least moving in the correct
direction...

is this a central govt idea?  world bank, WWF or some other international
agency directives?  or did the Maharashtra govt come with this idea and
funded it ?

My hats off to the local govt if their bureaucrats thought of this and
funded the position and office...

Regardless...
good wishes that you succeed , and your office flourish...  and that  the
villagers lot in life improves ...
