Many thanks HS for pointing out possibility of my plant from VJBU being *Caesalpinia ferrea*. There is only one tree of *Peltophorum linnaei* in VJBU ... if you would know of its location, please let me know. It will help me in believing my plant to be OR not to be *Peltophorum linnaei*.
