I was thinking about *Peltophorum linnaei* Benth. ... syn. of *Caesalpinia
violacea* (Mill.) Standl.

But HS's comment in Raman ji's post at
https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en#!topic/indiantreepix/k7Dv4JfokQA has
helped resolve the ambiguity.
