Yes most likely b. coccinea... that's the plate of ID on the trees in
the Agri-Hort garden in Kolkata...
parrots (rose ringed parakeets???) love to eat this flower/ flower
bud...  I have spied them eating the flower both at the Kol Bot G and
at the Chinatmoni Kar bird sanctuary...
