Balkar ji... may be some genetic problem of short stalk...that is keeping the flower low???/
Since this is in a botanical garden some botanist there can do a porject??? You can suggest it?? Or something as simple as water density.. solutes or temperature based ??/ Do you know any of the bortanists there, may be this can be short summer project for a student??
