thats very well to do for the year end...

and for those monthly sets /pics too... I was going to suggest that
same ...
regardless of which pic it was may be the person who got most
nominations that month may be selected photographer of the month...

idea is to bring all upto the same level of good photography...
my old photogrraphy teacher used to say... take your camera and take
pictures and enter competetions when the judge rejects your
pictures... pay close attention to what he/she was saying and
improve...  and watch what the winners did right ... that's the way to
improve... I  had hoped that more people would look and vote and
participate...  and improve their own endeavors ....

may be I 'll think of more ways to get members to participate...
