very nice... Dinesh
loved the vernacular names... and tree pic 2 and 7 in particular...
the shapes are graceful...

wonder if any body has seen them in Bengal... (TAnay? Rakesh?
Bimalda?? Dalia?? who else??)

when we were young this is what made our toothbrush every morning, we
had to chew it to make the brush, even in our ultramodern western
styled bathroom fittings!!! Grandfather's admonitions and mom making
sure we followed... and end result? None of us has had any tooth
decay or cavities... till now In our fifth to seventh decade of
life... its not completely genetic..because my uncles' kids who did
not follow grandpa's advice... all have had their root canals dug up,
cavities filled etc etc...

someone should do some solid science based research... I am not a
dentist otherwise I sure would do it...
or would have had graduate students/residents who could...

ANY DENTIST AMONG our eflora family???

Ayurvedic textbooks do mention tooth protective actions in some
details, so its not patentable, so no mercenary ideated man or woman
should take hold of this story of mine... and turn it into a personal
profit...

others with benevolent ideas to help humanity are most welcome to take
this as a starting point to start looking...

Or other s with similar stories , please share
