Nidhan ji, perhaps you meant *Caryopteris wallichiana* (family: Lamiaceae).
The flower loosely resembles *Clerodendron serratum* (syn. of *Rotheca serrata*) of the same family, Lamiaceae ... however upside-down ! Many thanks Nidhan ji for showing this new plant. Regards.
