Hi all,

I am a landscape designer trying to expand the range of drought
resistant species grown in Los Angeles, California, United States,
where I am located.

Does anyone have experience of the following species tolerating
extended dry periods, e. g., no watering during your dry season? Do
they go dormant by leaf shedding or in some other way?

Capparis decidua
Clerodendron philippinum synonyms C. chinense, C. fragrans
Euryops chrysanthemoides syn. Gamolepis c.
Grewia villosa
Hibiscus mutabilis
Malvaviscus arboreus
Pentas lanceolata
Plumbago indica
Reinwardtia indica
Rosa China class

Thanks!!! Nate
