That is a wonderful identification! Without the knowledge of
Scutellaria grossa, Scutellaria discolor seemed like the best fit for
the plant presently at FOI. But the plant is indeed Scutellaria
grossa. Infact, Prashant has first sent his flower picture from
Meghalaya as Scutellaria discolor.
