The plant posted appears to be wild one and even going by the key; I think this looks like *Eranthemum roseum* rather than *E. pulchellum* which is ornamental. I compared the flowers with my collection ....The clusters of yellow anthers are similar to those of *E.roseum*. Will wait for further comments though.
