Balkar ji You have shown an interesting plant. Apparantly the thought that it can be Polygonaceae never appeared to my mind. After reading the ID i checked your notes.........Habitat dry pond corresponds well. I tried to check for the ochrea.......Yes I think they are there in last two pictures. FOI says it is native. Is it correct or is it naturalised in India(Origin Australia)? Regards.
