Some point worth checking out dear friends. My first attachment was of 88 KB ... it got reduced (shows 24 KB in my Gmail inbox; 32 KB at Group's page) Second was about 250 KB ... it got reduced.(shows 60 KB in my Gmail inbox; 81 KB at Group's page)
All this got possible by posting from the Group's page at https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en&fromgroups#!forum/indiantreepix It looks like posting from Group's page is worth a try.
