Many thanks Surajit ji for attempting to experience posting via Google Docs. To me it looks good, the contents are seen all at one go. And I am responding to your post just as I would normally do.
Now, you have saved eFI the burden of storing your doc. It is safe with you at your docs home. Maintaining the database would be as usual, but with a possible liability - the group stands to lose if you intentionally OR inadvertently move your doc to thrash. Otherwise, all seems good for the group. Also, this manner promises the group that the member himself / herself pays for his / her own storage of docs (happens ONLY if there is a limit set by Google). Regards.
