Many thanks Garg ji for resurfacing this query. Putting response received from Manoj Chandran at Indian Flora (Facebook Group) :
I think all the four are the same. The original name (basionym) was *Adhatoda wynaadensis* proposed by Nees. I think B.Heyne suggested a new combination with *Justicia* as genus. This was later explained and published by T. Anderson. I think you should find out T. Anderson's publication of this species, which would give the details of the history of the nomenclature. Some authors considered this plant as *Justicia latifolia* Vahl and so I think the use of Wall for Wallich is by mistake. But now that *J.w* is a different species from *J.l*, the name of Vahl is not relevant. So, for anyone considering *Justicia wynadensis* a valid species and correct nomenclature, the citation should be *Justicia wynaadensis* (Nees) B.Heyne ex T.Anderson - You can always abbrieviate the authors'names by removing the initials or further by shortening the name with a dot next to it like And. or Ander. So, finally it means *Justicia wynaadensis*, a species originally described by Nees with the present nomenclature suggested by B. Heyne and validly published by T. Anderson. Many thanks to Manoj Chandran. Regards.
