Yes he was absolutely right. I have also been thinking, what is the option. 
I think we indians have a big problem of pointing on others.when there is 
no other, then we point on neighbours and when there are no neighbours then 
we point on the britishers. For long we have been digging our own grave and 
nothing else.
To me the only way if to spread awareness. But the issue is how many people 
really get aware out of awareness programs.!!!
