Hi, As mentioned in the title it is a Common Bronzeback Tree Snake [Dendrelaphis tristis]. It is a diurnal, arboreal, fast moving non-venomous snake. [ For the record - Poison is drunk, Venom has to be injected to be effective eg. snake bites, scorpion stings etc.]. With regards, Neil Soares.
