The flower seems to be thumbergia erecta...
but looking at your pictures carefully... it seems its a shrub.. all the
examples I know are climbers... I wonder why the difference...
do the climbers upon stric pruning behave like shrubs for a while?

or is it different/ other than thumbergia erecta and I ws too precipirtous
in my diagnosis?
