Looks like Pamburus missionis.  Unable to confirm as the foliage is not 
clearly seen ( arrangement of leaves) .  Check the arrangement of leaves 
and decide whether it is Pamburus missionis or Atlanta manophylla.  It is 
one of these sepcies.
