Yes it does appear to be* Hardwickia binata*
Caesalpiniaceae.
Marathi: अंजन Anjan.
Please keep track of the tree to observe flowering . We don't have good
photograph of its flowers on the group.
Another tree called as अंजनी Anjani is different whose botanical name
is *Memecylon
umbellatum.*
