Sir,

I do not know if these blister like growths are called leaf-blister or they
are called 'galls'. But the species is the same as in
https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!topic/indiantreepix/eJFCyYVnbe0
and the same has been identified as *Trewia nudiflora* by Dr. Das and
Sandhya Ji.
