Yes for me. I checked the Artabotrys odoratissimus also in the family Annonaceae, which is a woody climber with hooks formed at the middle of the flower (and later fruit) and confused with ylang ylang . The photos sent by you do not resemble this plant as your is a small tree(shrub) and not a woody climber, photos do not indicate any type of hook. Further more the type of leaf in* C.odoprata *has a dripping end (point). I have seen both these plants in Chennai .
