Dear Balkarji, Dr. Neil and Dr. Nidhan

Thanks so much. I read up about Bixa Orellana- quite fascinating how this
has travelled here from the Americas. Will try to get a fruit, break it
open and see the seeds- I understand these are used to dye food products.
