Considering the updates of Dineshji's post ( https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en&fromgroups#!topic/indiantreepix/ayiWHYrjc7s) of Crotalaria from Ootty, this plant also would be *C. spectabilis*, I think. It is now understood that this plant shows much variation from place to place and at different altitude. Please put further clarification, if any.
