Hi Dinesh,
  Had reported this plant on this forum from my property at Shahapur in June 
2010 as Amorphophallus paeoniifolius var.campanulatus [but unfortunately I 
cannot locate that mail in the archives of this group. Please see if you can].
  I am also not too sure now whether that is the correct diagnosis.
