Very interesting and beautiful pic. I am always confused with this.
This surely looks like Eulophia herbacea but doesnt match with the herbacea 
I shared before.
Very interestingly there is another plant with looks similar, Eulophia 
bicallosa but it is not reported from Maharasta,
