Dear friends
Our next episode is going to be on a very popular family of Vegetables,
garden ornamentals and wild plants distributed in all parts of the world.
The family Brassicaceae (earlier known as Cruciferae) is easily
differentiated by 4-merous (4 sepals and petals) flowers with usually six
stamens (2 short, four long) and fruit a short silicule or elongated
siliqua.
While arranging my photographs, I realised that perhaps it is going to be
another exciting week. Members are requested to collect their photographs
and keep them ready for upload during the week August 6 to 12, 2012. I
expect large scale participation of members.
