I think Rathinaji is right, it is *Sterculia guttata* Roxb. ex DC. In *S. balanghas* leaves elliptic -oblong and base obtuse or rounded. But in the posted image leaves show a oblong-ovate to obovate nature and more over base is subcordate with acuminate apex. It is the typical charcter of *S. guttata*
