I agree with Gurcharan ji's id: Eclipta alba (accepted name: *E. prostrata* ). Note: As per the Flora of Taiwan ( http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=100&taxon_id=111273), it somewhat matches with E. zippeliana, but it is now a synonym of *E. prostrata* (http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl/record/gcc-23384).
