Dear friends
I was slightly apprehensive about some member/s feeling bad when I wrote
about Dr. Pankaj Kumar Sahni as the most matured person on the Group. This
was based on my seeing his growth through the group. I am happy the members
of this group are both matured, gracious and accommodating to appreciate
others. That is why I love this Group.
When it comes to identifying plants, especially the rare and difficult
ones, the one person I always find coming to our rescue is my vote for the
most talented person, Dr. Vijayasankar Raman. We are proud to have you in
our Group sir.
This in no way undermines the great talent of our other active experts
including Dr. Giby, Dr. Mahadeshwara, Dr. Muthu, Dr. Pankaj, Dr. Balkar,
Dr. Tanay, Dr. Nidhan, Dr. Ritesh, Dr. Amit Chauhan, Mr. Surajit, Mr.
Suresh, our expert on trees Raman Arunachalam and others who will pardon
me for skipping their name.
Special thanks to our non-botanist experts, Neil ji, Dinesh ji, Dr.
Satish Phadke ji, Shrikant ji, Rajesh ji, Prashant ji, Pravin ji, Ushadi,
Alok Mahendru ji, Aarti ji, Raju ji, and other friends who not only feed
us continuously with good and rare plants, but also identify large number
of plants for us.
Perhaps we would not been able to learn so much without the innovative
initiative by our founder members of respective Forums Garg ji and Tabish
ji.
