In my opinion, it is Dalbergia sericea. Mostly found in middle altitudes 
(1000 to 1800m) on drier, steep, rocky slopes and frequently found on road 
side steep slopes in middle Himalayas. However, it is rather uncommon 
except in certain stretches as you climb.
