Dear Friends, Could this plant be "*Aconogonum rumicifolium*". I took the hint about the ID from one of the post from Dinesh.
The description as given in the book "Flowers of Himalaya (Oleg Polunin & Adam Stainton)" tallies well with this plant. Kindly have a re look at the pics for ID...
