I very much subscribe to this idea, i myself tried a number of times to
copy Dinesh Ji's format, but somehow my links, embedded in thumbnails, do
not work. I think one needs to know JAVA language to make it work in the
group site. However, changing font colour and size with suitable
indentation is quite a matter of few clicks only and is mostly desirable .
