Yes Cynoglossum zeylanicum. The species looks similar to C. lanceolatatum
(flowers 2-2.5 mm across) but easily differentiated by larger (4-5 mm
across) flowers. Also leaves are short-appressed hairy and not with long
bulbous-based hairs.
