Yes Radhaji, the fruits are fragrant and little sticky.
I referred the Flora of South Indian Hills by PF Fyson and the description
matches with *L.stocksii; *half-inch ovoid berry with glabrous leaves of 8
inches is the key character. Thanks for the lead.
