It doesn't look like ssp. *aggregatus*.
To me it is proper subspecies i.e. *Celastrus paniculatus* ssp. *paniculatus
*.
Subspecies aggregatus should have inflorescence that is compact, and
shorter than the leaf (other differences are dealt in the first link
below). Due to this, the fruits appear to be in dense clusters (so the name
'aggregatus')...
