Yes Hibiscus vitifolia. Here have been two extensive discussions covering 64 mails on our group why Hibiscus vitifolia should be the correct name and not Kosteletzkya vitifolia

The genus is separated from Hibiscus in having single ovule (and seed) in each locule, whereas Hibiscus vitifolius has 2-4 per locule as a rule. I think here lies the answer.
