Thanks Tabish ji for this important correction. Yes it resembles the
uploads by Balkar ji as S. fastuosa and one uploaded by Prashant ji and
identified by Balkar.
S. uniflora is a totally different plant belonging to the subgenus
Amphilaena in which upper most leaves are generally coloured and enclosing
(half or completely) the cfapitulum. Here are some links:
