Usha di, Promila ji, Thank you for a possible id. Ajinkya ji, Absolutely amazing that you could give a name to my unidentified post. On searching,the id does seem right. Common names are Queen Victoria Agave or Royal Agave. Thank you. I have so many Succulents, Cacti and Ornamentals photographed at the Flower Show in Mumbai last two years. Should try posting few of them.
