Satish ji, I feel this is Cyanotis tuberosa. I know the specimen lacks lustre and the bright blue colour. But I have seen several plants (away from Kas) that lack the beautiful blue colour. The other features of C.tuberos are visible from the image. Hence I feel this is C.tuberosa best regards
