I think all the pictures in question are belonging to the same species:
Rubia cordifolia, as per keys in FoP, FoC etc.
The main diagnostic features are: presence of petiole; 3 or more main
nerves on leaf blade. Leaf shape ("...lanceolate, oblong-lanceolate, ovate,
or oblong-ovate...") and size seem to be highly variable
