This could be Anisomeles indica (L.) O. Kuntze, Rev, GOBURA in Bengali, if
the ID is correct.

Species : *Anisomeles indica* (L.) O. Kuntze, Rev ?
H & H : straggling, also erect herb or under-shrub; beside railway tracks
and roadside; roadside herbs are smaller but those beside railtracks are
much robust under-shrub like
