Gurcharan ji, Usha di, Thanks for a possible id. I think I have seen this in Jijamata Udyan, Mumbai too. It is a very common ornamental plant. I have never come across fruits. Will search for more pictures and post. The flower is so tiny, it is very difficult to get a good picture. Regards, Aarti
