The flowers are from Millingtonia hortensis...

the indian cork tree, or even tree jasmine, has nice fragrance early in the
morning...

one caveat... most likely... just to cover myself , ha ha, but am pretty
sure...

take a picture of the entire tree.... trunk , bark ... leaves canopy...
ypou dont need to pluck any of the leaves...
