I think it is Boehmeria macrophylla differentiated from B. scabrella (B.
platyphylla var. scarella ..............now correctly known as B. japonica)
:

"Perhaps the crucial difference between B. macrophylla has membranous
leaves with long slender branched spikes and  B. japonica characterised by
thicker (papery) leaves, rugose above with raised veins and stiff erect
unbranched spikes"

. The name macrophylla has been used in Indian Flora with lots of
