Hi, This is a caterpillar of a Forester moth [Eusemia adiatrix of Family Argasitidae]. Will send my photographs of it defoliating Glory Lilies later. My photographs of it on Antidesma bunius [locally called Amati, Ambuti or Mala] are already in the archives of this group. With regards, Neil Soares.
