Yes, here it is https://launchpad.net/~screenlets-dev/+archive/ppa/ for screenlets-dev branch. New version of StocksScreenlet should be available in that PPA in next 24 hours. You can always patch StocksScreenlet manually http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~indiv-screenlets-dev/indiv-screenlets/trunk/revision/1250 .
