Your ideas are welcome, perhaps you could put up a list of Todo
activities, which need some work on the wiki. Then its logged in one
place and gets one step closer to getting solved.

Putting a formal proposal mainly brings more visibility to the
activity (if selected), but nothing prevents for few ppl to get
together and accomplish something.
Anyways depending upon if anyone else has put up proposals and who &
how many are at the event, something could be planned few days before
the event.
